This is a flowering bartlett pear tree on campus. It is so COLD here that when we have to wear skirts to diningroom and work, I wear pants underneath and no one knows but Tim and me.

That bartlett pear tree is pretty. We have bradford pear trees that will be blooming here in a few weeks. They are so pretty. Like your picture of your capris under your skirt. That's one way to stay warm. Your motor home is beautiful! Can't wait to see it in person.
